Hi! I'm Lauren, a born-and-raised Ann Arborite, mother of three, and big-time animal lover. I am a birth and postpartum doula who believes that every family deserves to feel seen, supported, and respected exactly as they are. My approach is rooted in compassionate, shame-free care and the belief that there is no one “right” way to grow, birth, or build a family.
I’m especially passionate about supporting young moms, older parents, 2SLGBTQ+ families, neurodivergent folks, and families with unconventional or unexpected circumstances. I care about supporting the whole family. My goal is to create a calm, positive, judgment-free space where everyone can ask questions and feel supported through the transitions of birth and early parenthood. I look forward to working together!
