Ashley is a postpartum doula, Community Breastfeeding Specialist, and Childbirth Educator who is passionate about helping families feel confident, supported, and cared for throughout pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum transition. With a background in education and more than 20 years of professional experience, Ashley brings a unique combination of compassion, advocacy, education, and practical support to her work with families.
Her approach is centered on meeting families where they are and providing individualized, evidence-informed education and support without judgment. She is especially passionate about helping families prepare for birth, providing breastfeeding support, navigating the postpartum transition, and helping parents feel informed and empowered as they make decisions for themselves and their babies. As a mother of three adorable boys, Ashley has firsthand experience with the joys, challenges, and unexpected moments of raising a family. Her personal experiences, combined with her professional background and continued education in childbirth, doula care, and breastfeeding support, fuel her passion for helping families feel prepared and supported.
Outside of her work, Ashley enjoys spending time with her family, a good cup of coffee, camping, biking, traveling, and being involved in her children's school and community. She also loves continuing to learn and grow in the areas of maternal and infant health, breastfeeding, childbirth education, and family support.
